Last time for ivy , bad management !!! Every time same problem ( this i s my 4 time & will be the last ! ) , you do big marketing for nothing, you only sell words for people . People become know & upset from you for many other reasons also

I asked for blonde highlights but my hair turned out brownish, they had to redo the toner again just to fix them a bit more. Still not happy about the color now. The service is not good as well, very rude guys. I would not recommend to anyone.

Worst service . They have just bleached my hair inspite of showing a picture .my hair is just dry and the cut it so bad .they just don’t listen to what you want and do as they like .it looks like a horrible blonde colour .
