Cesar was amazing and i was so happy with my hair. However, i was made to wait for over an hour and a half even though I had made an appointment which is unacceptable. Cesar made the wait worth it though because i loved my hair !
This was my 3rd time visiting them and I am very disappointed. Their service has been great in the past, but I am not sure if I will be visiting again after today. I can barely notice any transformation in my hair.
