I asked for Ombre style hair colour: i made it very clear, however i received balayage and it simply looks like i got highlights which is why i am deeply unhappy. On top of everything it felt like they simply didnt understand english!

Staff is very good very friendly. But my hair is not in shape what I wanted. Today I washed my hair there is no shap. My friends they are asking have you cut your hair.
And my shirt damaged colour on it.
