I have chemical burns. I did tell Samaan not to leave the product on too long because my hair process quickly. As professionals I expected better care.
Booked for 12:30, had girls prom, the service only started more than an hour later. The excuse was there is not enough hairdressers, but they make the appointment at a time. Don’t rely on this service if you have a prom date ..
