I would suggest in future to allow gaps between bookings instead of the hairstylist trying to cover few customers at the same time, I had to spend more than 5 hrs in the salon while the work itself wouldn’t take longer than 3 hrs

Is my second time to this salon, and had same experience:
1. Dont do what the client ask, even insisting and showing the picture
2. the roots color doesnt cover grey, which this doesn't happen to other saloon
