Very bad experience
Manager is very arrogant
And I have severe hair fall
And there was not even 10%result after keratin treatment..
And the one who messages on wats app doesn't have customer service skills doesn't know how to reply to custome...
Had my hair done today for the Third time .. was again a lovely experience from reception to the chair - great atmosphere!!

Very rude staff, ignoring me. Ruined my hair. Charging a lot of money and used filthy products. Worse quality standards. Never responded back to me when I reached them. Didn’t do what I wanted, unprofessional staff.

Everything was perfect!
It started off amazing, but the haircut and styling part was rushed through. I didnt realise styling was over, as i expected volume n curls and all they did was straight blow dry. I didnt bother to ask for more either

45 min of waiting (I don’t exaggerate. I was checking the time constantly coz as you can guess everyone has stuff to do) to have 2 colors on my hair and almost black when I asked for my natural color which is light/medium brown. It didn’t wash off...
