The only issue I had was my hair color did not turn out how I expected after explaining a couple of times. This is a reason for a slight disappointment.
Later on, I had to get it fixed .
Hair cut was nice however coloring not done as per expectation. Poor communication gap persists with the stylist leading to a very poor experience. Was thinking to become a regular customer of IVY salon but the experience turned me down.
only the timings it didn’t meet my satisfaction. i came by before 4pm and I finished 7pm
