moreThe staff was very nice but I was not happy with the results. I mentioned it when I was leaving too. My hair doesn’t look colored but burnt and I have never had a blow dry which has fallen flat amd frizzy like this.
Ozzy is brilliant! Without much explanation he knew what I wanted to do with my hair.
