This is my third time in IVY. Both the time it was great. But yesterday my hair color is just not seen. I asked to do Ash blonde and my hair looks black now. Not satisfied this time. Am disappointed.
I asked for ombré, with picture reference and when I got home I realized that it is not at all as per what I requested.
Service was good and all, but if you can’t stick to what we ask then what’s the point ?

It was an amazing experience. Although I have alot of hair but they didn't rush and did everything I asked them to do. The staff is very kind and cater to the clients' request very patiently. With this package I will definitely visit more often.
