Not at all happy with the color - I asked for caramel and dark coffee suiting my skin but they have done ash green on my full length and then black roots ? Not at all matching
the color in my hair doesnt show much..its too subtle..
another feedback is inspite of telling so many times that my hair is being pulled too hard there was not much attention given to it.,,overall it was ok experience
