They just cut the hair however they want without asking if it's OK. They just cut 15cm off my hair and it had horrible layers. They also didn't offer half of the 500 AED package. I'm very dissatisfied and will never go there again

The color is horrible! It looks like I have a hair band. Yellow (horrible) in the front and the rest of the head is darker.
I asked for a trim on the hair length and I the hair is at least “four fingers” shorter.
